Return and Refund Policy

Advance payments are NON REFUNDABLE. Once your payment is made, custom materials are purchased with your payment for your event immediately.
Balance is due 1 week prior to your event. Count backwards 7 days before your event.
You will receive reminders via email and or text the week leading to your balance due date.
If your balance is not paid and we have not spoken, YOUR ADVANCE PAYMENT IS CONSIDERED A DONATION AND YOUR EVENT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CALENDAR.
HOWEVER, after paying the advance payment, you are allowed to change the event date prior until the balance due date.
Refunds are issued if Elaborate Outings cancels.
If weather spoils the fun (rain, hail, hurricane) we can reschedule the date, use an indoor option, or a full refund is issued (IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SET UP NOT BECAUSE IT RAINS DURING) We keep a close eye on the weather and will not schedule outdoor events with any % chance of rain 😉
